Missed out on TWO visits - wont scan!

Im so frustrated! I really want to rate this at 5 stars, but the scanner wont recognize the QR code at the window of my local Ritas. Talked to the server and she said, "oh sorry about that, heres your receipt. Next!"

Ritas has some great flavors and custards and we love supporting our local businesses. Thing is, there is a hometown owned homemade ice cream store the same distance away from me, and they will get my summer business if I cant get any satisfaction from Ritas customer service!!
