Earned a reward and went to redeem, but the reward timed out even though there was 30 minutes left to use it. I memorized the code, but the employee said the code doesnt mean anything and that theyd have to see it. I wouldnt have put up such a fuss if I was lying. What a waste.

I love it tbh, I always get free water ice now! And the little game is fun too!

I just updated my iPhone to iOS 10.0.2 and now this app has crapped out on me. Please fix!

Very cool app

Im so frustrated! I really want to rate this at 5 stars, but the scanner wont recognize the QR code at the window of my local Ritas. Talked to the server and she said, "oh sorry about that, heres your receipt. Next!" Ritas has some great flavors and custards and we love supporting our local businesses. Thing is, there is a hometown owned homemade ice cream store the same distance away from me, and they will get my summer business if I cant get any satisfaction from Ritas customer service!!

So far I just downloaded it and tried to enter the birthday club, but it keeps telling me I have to be 13... Im 23. Ive entered the correct date. Idk, well see if the lunch thing goes as planned.

This app doesnt work well at all. After making my purchase, the Ritas worker couldnt make it work. She tried 3 times to scan the QR code and got a message each time that a location couldnt be found. Left without getting credit for the purchase. Not user friendly at all.

I wish the App was as good as the water ice and custard. Could not enter birthday and scanner does not work. Missed out on three visits. Key learning, dont move to new technology until bugs worked out.

Got it for the punch card function, but either the app crashes or scan locks up. Pointless.

I like having the app but when I try to put in my birthday date, the app wont let me change the date or the app itself will crash.

So I just downloaded this app tried to join bday club; first it crashed twice then when I went to put in my actual birthday it told me I must be at least 13. I am far passed that age. Total garbage app. Lets redo & try again sound good?

Every time I go to sign up for the birthday club the app crashes. Really annoying since I wanted to use it for my birthday. Maybe next year.

The birthday club doesnt work. Really needs to be fixed because theres not much to do on the app and whats the point of having the birthday thing on there if it crashes when you try to put it in

This app used to work, now it says theres an error trying to connect to Facebook and it wont let me sign in to punch a rewards card. Bring back the physical cards or fix this sorry excuse for an app.

Crashes when you enter birthdate. Also seems to be unable to calculate dates since it warns you that you must be at least 13 years old when my birthday is 66 years ago! Who writes this garbage. Who pays for this garbage? It really makes you look like idiots.

This app is a waste. My local Ritas does not use cups with QR codes so I cant earn rewards.

Perplexed by the 5/20/2015 review. All of the Ritas near us use the same Ritas cups - without codes - but the all have the same type of plastic-encased, free-standing code by the windows, and the staff aggressively encourage every patron to use it and to earn rewards, do ratings/likes, etc. It couldnt be easier; and using the app to check flavors or hours couldnt be more convenient. LOVE IT!!!
